Yes, there has been slavery in different forms even before islam. I really want to deal with the world and its people without getting disturbed by racism and sexism in any form. Don't blame me for my skin color or my lack of tits, or my possession of a penis etc! I have Japanese and black friends but I have only encountered racial hostility from blacks*. That's very sad because I'd really love to approach blacks as Japanese, or whatever other people for that matter. And I don't have a need to feel more "valued" than others. Just equal! And I have no problem with musicians who are better than I, writers who are better than I, sporting performers who are better than I, better looking people, or anthropologists who are better than - well, I'm working hard on that one...

* Once when I visited a bank in San Francisco I was kind and polite towards the black lady behind the desk (some people may tell you they think I'm pretty social) in a way that could have made any black person in Europe smiling and positive. But not in the otherwise friendly San Francisco. Although my errand there took abt an hour she hardly even smiled but instead repeatedly warned me not to accidentally touch an item that was placed so close to where I had to sit that it was almost inevitable. The tension from her side (even before any touch) was best described as forced (almost) correctness. A couple of month later I was placing my Safeway card on the desk in front of the cashier after having placed my groceries there. The female, elderly black cashier was very hostile and blunt when she ordered me to pick it up and place it in her hand! I had never seen her before and I had never been treated in that way before in SF. Do I have to mention that I didn't behave in any way unpolitely before? Quite the contrary, and I certainly didn't expect her reaction. In fact her behavior made me connect to the clerk and other observations, which I now seem to share with many others. She certainly didn't know I was a temporary visitor. At another time I was waiting for the Muni and noticed the hostile look of some black teenage girls when they checked out some white girls I knew weren't known by them before. But I also encountered friendly blacks, mainly elderly males or young blacks, mainly from outside the US! One of the nicest, a young female student, I encountered on a bus trip. We had a long and nice conversation and I had almost forgotten the clerk in the bank, so I asked her how long she had lived in SF. She was from Africa on a temporary visit! Another friendly black, elderly male entered Muni, perhaps slightly affected by some liquid substance. He looked around, smiling, and asked: "Is there any seat for the mentally impaired?" I was occupying a side seat with a baby in my lap so I said: "Thanks, but I already got one!" He looked at me and my baby for a while, then smiled even more and gave us a hug! Of course he wasn't the only black from SF to be kind against me, though. But it felt a little bit weird to pay special attention when black people happened to be kind.
Friends in California have told me about growing black racism, sometimes open but mostly more subtle. Black officials and police officers who e.g. uses "bureaucratic" harrassment against non-blacks (and what abt Oakland polices shooting two Koreans, and other similar cases?!), unflexible and rigid black bus- and Muni drivers etc. I've also noticed that black gang youth in SF seem to have to express a more loud and intruding profile than those from Asian, Latino or other backgrounds. I remember a car full of screaming black young males, outside the Jesuit church, equipped with a boosted car stereo on full volume. I especially noticed the even louder refrain in the "tune": FUCK, FUCK, FUCK! (also see Rapetivism from Freud to bin Laden) and San Francisco gang rape culture.

But there is one person who has never had any doubt that Bush is right, and therefore has moved heaven and earth to try to prevent democracy from getting an Iraqi foothold: Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the head of al Qaeda in Iraq!
Klevius' sum up and suggestion: The more resistance against Bush, the worse for the girls/women suffering under Islam and the more support for Islamic evilness rooted in Medieval Mideast tribal robbery and fight for power. Japan, on the other hand, is the only surviving tribal society that is also high tech (Japanese art, litterature and music have been copied by Europeans and others from their first encounters) and extremely wealthy as a result of, not natural resources, but their own historical skills. Why not now balance evil contraproductive Islam with a Shinto Sisterhood or maybe Nation of Shinto (i.e. ancestor warship - compare the Vagina gate in the atom of kinship - spiced with a renewal of what de-sex segregated pre-Samuraj Shinto in many ways possessed, compare e.g. all the empresses before 600 A.D.) with exactly as big a mouth as Muslim Brotherhood, Nation of Islam and other senseless al-Qaeda supporters?
And remember, Japan's militaristic expansion was a direct result of Europe's and US' pressure to open up Japan for Western traders in the late 19th century! And the Shinto camel (Lexus) is now the world's best quality product!
