It was probably islam, not Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito who murdered Meredith Kerchner
This is the most probable mastermind to the islamic (cutting the throat after raping her) murder. The murder happened in Perugia notorious for its extremist hate mongering islamic mosque with some 10,000 islamic visitors, among them islamic Al-Qaeda etc terrorists. Perugia has a large African population which is heavily influenced by islamic "infidel" racism. Abdullah committed the islamic rape of the infidel & due decapitation, as he usually does, via some lost African street jihadist (no one knows how many victims Abdullah's & Co racist islamic hate mongering has caused to date = see e.g. the case of Linda in Sweden, for a milder form of this islamic street jihadism made in Saudi Arabia & the Koran).
One may only speculate how much the stupid misinformation of islam has contributed to this horrible crime. Maybe the murder could have been avoided with a little more caution & information & less prejudices...
Klevius sex analysis: The case seems to really highlight the extreme sex tension that is building up between the moral crusts consisting of rigid no-sex (before/outside marriage) & the "as much sex as possible & whenever", continents. Meredith Kerchner became a victim of catholic innocence/naivity & islamic sex racism. Catholicism & islam merged into an evil inquisition against "secular promisquity".
The cast (as interpreted by Klevius today from a point of view that is extremely shallow & superficial, but based on his sex & islam analysis):
Meredith Kerchner, a nice girl who didn't want to have sex with the African boy she was, perhaps, too friendly/naive towards in the beginning.
Rudy Guede, the most probable murderer, a black African man (see how hot that phrase is "a black African") with a record of violence & "a taste for foreign ("white") women". He, most probably committed the crime alone (which doesn't exclude the possibility that the others were somewhere nearby, & under influence as well). However, to convict "a black African" while freeing whites seems to have been too difficult. His finger prints & his DNA connected to the murder.
Amanda Knox, a young American woman confused by sex segregation. Alcohol & drugs are the main paths to sex for women but not for men. She might have messed around (although we don't know how much this is exaggerated) but she was most probably not involved in the murder in any sense (yes, she might have been guilty of not reacting properly to what happened if she was nearby). She is a good footballer with a technique to take on attackers that earned her the name 'Foxy Knoxy' which has nothing to do with sex although media & the court sexed it. In fact, one may assume that what made her, as a girl, interested in football, was a healthy explorative curiosity that, when faced with the stunning sex segregation barrier of our time, made her use sex as a means for contact with the other sex. Drugs make such tricky (read perverse) communication smoother.
A main reason she is convicted is the notorious "monster of Florence" prosecutor, Giuliano Mignini (who used to trash justice in Italy's most costly & fruitless hunt for a sex fixated serial killer - maybe it was because he used the same senseless & biased reasoning as in the Kercher case).
Raffaele Sollecito, attracted by Amanda's heterosexual attraction (see From Klevius without love). Possibly even fell in love with her (as she with him) although the smear campaign against Amanda combined with the risk of being involved distanced him from her.
Islam has for long been the main hate mongerer for Africans despite the cruel fact that it was islam in the first place that crippled Africa through 1400 yrs of slave rading/trading, genocides, rapetivism, colonialism & islamic imperialism.
Arabic islam with it's rigid sex segregation & burqa confinement "chastity" (these same girls/women, however, are Sharia sex slaves within "marriage") has no problem of raping/abusing/assulting/murdering non-muslim infidel "whores". This serves as a tactics against the unbelieveres as well as a formula for spreading islam via sex jihadism. The latter was popular at Mohammed's time as well as now. And contrary to what many believe this kind of muslimhood doesn't need to follow conventional islamic forms. Just look at Nation of Islam (Mr X "president's" ideological background) & the Black Panthers in USA.

Avoid desinformation & cure your bottomless & truly frightening ignorance abt islam!
Klevius wrote 2014:
What's behind the witch hunt on Amanda Knox?
Dear reader,
if Amanda Knox is guilty of murdering Meredith Kercher, then you shouldn't trust Klevius* anymore. However, she isn't! But BBC is definitely guilty of extreme bias against her!
* Klevius has no relation or knowledge about Amanda Knox outside public info. Klevius isn't affected by her look either. In fact, Klevius has always wondered over the fact that although women are better looking than men, it's women who are mostly the ones who get abused and cheated by men (or religious ideologies such as islam). But Klevius feels deeply for Amanda's (and her former boyfriend's) tragedy and wants to use it as one of many examples of the lethal combination of PC, islamic racist/sexist hate mongering (now spreading to all levels of society) and social naivety (especially among young females) resulting from PC.The black murderer, Rudy Guede (see below what Klevius wrote after the first trial in 2009), got his sentence shortened thanks to testimony that put Amanda Knox on the crime scene. He might be released this year already!
Compared to the initial trial, in the latest proceeding a new prosecutor abandoned the sex game motive but suggested Knox murdered Kercher after an altercation over Knox's poor hygiene and sloppy housekeeping (sic).
Nigel Scott: I read the article (in Daily Mail) and several things struck me as suspicious. They show that the Perugian authorities were briefing the press with information intended to mislead and set the investigation on the wrong track even before anyone had been arrested. When the Daily Mail hit the newsstands on the morning of November 6th, Amanda Knox, Raffaele Sollecito and Patrick Lumumba were in custody, but the story was written on the 5th and the Perugian PR machine was already in full swing by then. The railroading had begun.
The Mail story is typical of what was in the British newspapers at the time. The London Sunday Times reporter was briefed by the police/prosecution two days before Knox was arrested and was told that the chief suspect was a woman who was close to Meredith. The net was closing.
So what was so suspicious about the Mail article? Quote:
“One theory being looked at is that she was murdered after a consensual sexual encounter with her murderer which became violent for some unknown reason.”
Meredith was dead with her throat cut. Why did the police believe, or seek to make the media believe that anything about her murder was consensual? The appearance of her brutally stabbed body suggested nothing consensual at all. What scenario were they trying to set up?
It is interesting that when Meredith’s murderer Rudy Guede was eventually arrested in Germany, he claimed that he had been with Meredith and they were engaged in a ‘consensual sexual encounter’ but she was murdered by someone else. It seems that the Perugian police’s theory was conveniently floated for Guede to pick up and use later.
Was the semen stain tested or not?
We know that there was a pillow under her body that appeared to have a semen stain on it but we are supposed to believe that this was never tested. Pleas from the Knox and Sollecito defence teams to have the stain tested have been opposed by the prosecution and refused by Italian courts for six years. What does the Mail say about this in its November 6th story?
“Yesterday, reports in the Italian press suggested that police were investigating whether samples of bodily fluid were from more than one man.”
So on November 5th 2007 police were testing bodily fluid samples to assist them in identifying Meredith’s murderer and they briefed the media about this, yet for the next six years they have denied having done so. Does anyone believe that these tests were not carried out? Or that they only pointed to one man: Rudy Guede? Does anyone believe that if the analysis matched DNA from Raffaele Sollecito or Patrick Lumumba we would not have heard about this loud and clear?
Was Meredith raped by Rudy Guede?
We know that the murderer was Rudy Guede but he had fled Italy for Germany. He would later claim that he had a consensual sexual episode with Meredith but had to go to the bathroom and other people appeared and murdered her. We also know now that Guede’s DNA was found inside Meredith’s vagina. The prosecution has maintained that Meredith was not raped so we are supposed to assume that the DNA came from his hand. There was what appeared to be semen underneath Meredith’s body. Why would the police seek to persuade the media that she had not been raped? It makes more sense to believe that she had been, but her assailant had ejaculated elsewhere to avoid leaving copious amounts of his DNA in her body. Did the police believe that Guede had raped Meredith after he had fatally wounded her? Did they really believe that this was part of a group attack that involved her friend Amanda Knox? Or were they trying to ease Guede out of the picture and blame the crime on people that they knew had nothing to do with it?
The behaviour of the police over this episode and the strange way they steered the story suggests that they were trying to divert attention away from the man they knew was the murderer, at precisely the time they were setting up overnight interrogations at which they intended to frame the innocent Knox and Sollecito.
Darren Kavinoky (a criminal defense attorney): Darren Kavinoky (a criminal defense attorney): The evidence against Guede is strong. Guede, an apparently troubled young man who, at the time of Kercher’s murder, had just committed a series of break-ins, including one just days before the killing, where police caught him with an 11-inch knife (eerily similar to the weapon used to kill Kercher).
Guede’s fingerprints were found at the crime scene. There was evidence suggesting Guede broke into Kercher’s flat. He admitted to being at the scene on the night of the killing. His bloody palm print was found under Kercher’s body.
Guede’s shoe prints, fingerprints and DNA were at the crime scene. Guede’s DNA was found on Kercer, her clothing and even inside of her. After the killing, Guede hit the road to Germany and had to be extradited to stand trial -- his “flight” further evidence of his guilt.
By contrast, the case against Knox was weak.
Klevius: Here's a background:
Guede’s fingerprints were found at the crime scene. There was evidence suggesting Guede broke into Kercher’s flat. He admitted to being at the scene on the night of the killing. His bloody palm print was found under Kercher’s body.
Guede’s shoe prints, fingerprints and DNA were at the crime scene. Guede’s DNA was found on Kercer, her clothing and even inside of her. After the killing, Guede hit the road to Germany and had to be extradited to stand trial -- his “flight” further evidence of his guilt.
By contrast, the case against Knox was weak.
No evidence collected at the crime scene proves that either of them was in the room where Meredith was brutally murdered the night of November 1, 2007.
So the question begging an answer is how could Amanda and Raffaele have been involved in what was clearly a violent crime (see slideshow photos, left side bar) and yet not leave behind one single hair, one single fingerprint, a single footprint, not a single speck of DNA?
There was, however, plenty of evidence to prove Rudy Guede was in the room the night Meredith was murdered –
Guede’s DNA was found in and on Meredith's body
Guede's DNA was found on the cuff of Meredith’s bloody jacket
Guede’s DNA, along with Meredith's blood, was found on Meredith’s purse
Guede’s bloody palm print was found on Meredith’s pillow
Guede's shoe prints, set in Meredith's blood, were found in the bedroom and hallway
Guede's handprints, in Meredith's blood, were found on a pillow case in Meredith's room and on her wall
Guede had a cut on his right hand that was still visible when he was arrested
A semen stain was found on Meredith’s pillow which was never tested. The semen stain was found smeared by Rudy Guede’s shoe pattern found using a crimescope by defense forensic expert Francesco Vinci (see slideshow photos, left side bar.)
The mishandled crime scene
An early crime scene photo (left side bar) taken November 2, 2007, the day after Meredith was murdered, shows her lying on the floor covered in a duvet except one foot sticking out.
Her attacker had forcibly removed all of her clothes except a long-sleeve T-shirt which was pulled up to expose her breasts.
A torn-off bra clasp was found under a pillow her assailant had placed her hips on. One of her bloodied socks was found underneath her back.
Forensic police photographed the rest of her removed clothing and laid it on the floor encircling her body for clear view.
Failure to collect evidence in a timely manner
Shockingly, police did not collect as evidence within the first few days of the investigation several pieces of clothing Meredith Kercher was wearing when attacked.
These include a light-blue Adidas jacket, socks, a bra clasp, Puma shoes, a brown leather purse, and a tote bag.
They also failed to collect a rock thrown through the window, which her attacker used to gain entry into the cottage.
Police left behind all of these items until a second search was conducted 47 days later on December 18th, 2007:
Jacket
Police originally videotaped the light-blue Adidas jacket on the floor by the wardrobe corner, close to where Meredith’s head was found resting on a brown boot.
Her assailant had turned the sleeves inside out when he pulled it off of her. The neck cuff was soaked in blood from Meredith’s bleeding wound. She was wearing the jacket when he stabbed her.
Forensic police video taken December 18 shows them removing it from a laundry hamper, where they had tossed it in November instead of collecting it. The forensic officer then dropped it on the floor before the forensics team later gathered it as evidence.
Rudy Guede’s DNA was found on a cuff. See slideshow photo (left side bar) that shows the jacket’s location on November 2nd versus December 18th.
Purse
It is important to note that police photos taken of Meredith’s purse on November 2, 2007, show blood near the zipper.
Her attacker removed her cash, credit cards, and cell phone.
Forensic police did not see this as important evidence and did not collect it until six weeks later on December 18, 2007.
Between Nov. 2 and Dec. 18 police had moved the purse into the wardrobe and then to the empty bed rails. Once police finally collected the purse as evidence, they found local thief Rudy Guede’s DNA on the purse.
Prior to Meredith’s murder Guede was a known thief.
Shoes
Rather than collecting Meredith’s shoes as evidence shortly after she was murdered police piled them together.
Police originally photographed Meredith’s red and white Puma shoes on the floor near the duvet on the right side of the room. One of the shoe’s laces was still tied.
By December 18, police had tossed the shoes into a large pile of shoes by the bed. The shoe’s laces were no longer tied. They had also thrown the bloody brown boots on which Meredith’s head was found resting into the same pile of shoes.
See slideshow for photo of the shoes before and after they were tossed into a pile.
Socks
On November 2, police found one of Meredith’s socks under her back. They found the other sock on the throw rug by the tote bag and Puma shoes.
Both socks had blood on the cuffs from the bloody hands that removed them. Even with blood on the cuffs, police did not collect the socks for DNA testing.
Police videotape taken on December 18 shows the first sock tangled in the same throw rug as the bra clasp (near the desk). The videotape shows the second sock crammed under the empty bed rails with many other items.
Bra clasp
Police photographs taken on November 2nd show the clasp from the bra that the attacker ripped off of Meredith. It was under the pillow she was lying on.
However, police video taken on December 18th shows that police had carelessly moved the bra clasp to a location underneath a piled up throw rug by the desk.
Police claimed that Raffaele Sollecito’s DNA was on the bra clasp, and the prosecution used that evidence to convict him.
Independent DNA experts have now dismissed that evidence as flawed due to multiple DNA profiles and contamination.
Tote bag
On November 2, Police found the tote bag Meredith Kercher used the night of her murder. It lay on the floor near the duvet.
Meredith had pulled a book from the tote bag and placed it on her bed. She might have hung the tote bag on the back of the desk chair before it came loose in the attack.
Even though her murderer might have searched through the tote bag, police did not collect it as evidence until March 14, 2008.
Rock used to break into the cottage
On Nov. 2, 2007, police found the rock used to break the window and gain entry into the cottage in a tipped over shopping bag.
They finally retrieved the rock for forensic testing on December 18, 2007.
Amanda Knox’s sweatshirt
Police alleged Amanda Knox had discarded the sweatshirt she was wearing on Nov. 1, 2007.
Yet they retrieved the sweatshirt in March – this proved police were mistaken in their claims that Amanda had discarded the sweatshirt.
Notes from InjusticeInPerugia.org
When forensic police returned for a second search on December 18, 2007—six weeks after the murder—police had tossed the cottage upside down and trampled it.
They had carelessly moved clothes originally photographed encircling Meredith’s body to new locations—unprotected from contamination.
In a show of careless disregard and incompetence, forensic police did not immediately or correctly collect critical evidence in the Meredith Kercher murder.
Incredulously, there was a semen stain found on Meredith's pillow which has never been tested. The stain was found smeared by Rudy Guede’s shoe pattern using a crimescope by defense forensic expert Francesco Vinci.
The defense has requested the stain be tested since the first trial. This also should have been found and tested within the first days of the investigation.
How would anyone feel if their daughter, sister, or mother was murdered and the police did not collect as evidence clothing forcibly removed by their murderer, they ask?
Luckily, Meredith’s killer left a bloody palm print made on her pillow. That palm print did lead the police to her killer. Rudy Guede is currently serving a 16 year sentence, but will be freed this year!
Who is Rudy Guede?
Patrick King's timeline based on Nina Burliegh, author of A Fatal Gift of Beauty: The Trials of Amanda Knox: The Known Facts About Rudy Guede:
According to Nina Burliegh, author of A Fatal Gift of Beauty: The Trials of Amanda Knox, Rudy Hermann Guede was born on Christmas Eve, 1985 in Agou, a town on the Ivory Coast of Africa near the city of Abidjan. His father, Roger Guede, was from the Bete clan, a Christian tribe on the Ivory Coast where the culture is strongly divided between Christian and Muslim. Although a Cristian, Roger Guede was a practicing polygamist and Rudy has a half brother remaining in Agou, born within weeks of Rudy’s own birth.
Rudy’s mother seems not to have been maternal. Rudy was sent as an infant to live with his father’s sister, Georgette, who was his only real parent. Rudy’s mother never had any other children and makes her living today as a novelty merchant in an Abidjan bizarre.
The Ivory Coast is a French speaking area of Africa, so Rudy was raised until he was 5, speaking French and patois.
Roger Guede’s father was a ranking officer in the Ivory Coast military. Roger had a talent for numbers and was training in a college for mathematics when his father died suddenly. After his father’s death, there were not sufficient funds for Roger to continue his education. He was bitterly disappointed and came to believe if he could immigrate to Russia he would be able to complete his degree with government assistance from that country. He was not, however, able to secure a Russian visa.
Someone advised him that a Russian visa might be easier to obtain if he fist immigrated to Italy. Roger arrived in Italy in November of 1987, but quickly realized that he would not be allowed to go to Russia. Roger enrolled in a school for masonry, became a stone mason and brick layer and has made a good living at these trades for 20 years. He owns several houses and real estate on the Ivory Coast paid for with the money he earns at his trade in Italy.
Roger brought Rudy to live in Perugia in 1990, when Rudy was 5. He apparently had little interest in the child. Rudy’s teacher, Ivana Tiberi, noticed that the little boy came to school in winter dressed in only a tee shirt and shorts. Mrs. Tiberi, on meeting Roger Guede, decided that he was too immature to take care of a child and organized teachers and parents to take turns caring for Rudy after school until his father finished work. They also purchased clothes for the boy, especially his all-important suit for First Communion. Mrs. Tiberi’s son, Gabriel, ten years older than Rudy, was like a brother to him and apparently cared deeply about him. He says of Rudy today, that he had many friends and many people loved him. He sites that Rudy was polite, never expressed anger, was melancholic and non-violent.
These people who loved him, however, apparently did not include his father. Roger punished Rudy by locking him out of the house. The child could frequently be seen wandering the streets of Perugia late at night. Rudy has also accused his father of physical abuse, beating him with a stick for example. At the time of Rudy’s arrest for the Kercher murder, his jailers were instructed to deny his father any access to him.
Rudy found substitute father figures in the priest who officiated at his First Communion, and several basketball coaches who recognized innate talent for that sport in the child.
In 1997, at age 12, Rudy returned to Abidjan to vacation with his mother. Whatever occurred during that trip, Rudy afterwards refused to ever go back.
In 2004, Roger returned to the Ivory Coast for a brief vacation, and lost his passport. He became entangled in a Muslim uprising against Christians, narrowly avoided execution, and was unable to return to Italy for 7 months.
During this time, Rudy was supposed to be living in Italy with Roger’s common-law wife but the two did not like each other. The wife had several small children of her own and had little time for an uncooperative teenager. Rudy was enrolled in a vocational high school for the hotel industry. He stopped coming home at night and he stopped going to school.
There’s no suggestion what Rudy was doing at this time or who he was with when he left home. Once again Ivana Tiberi stepped in to help him. She introduced Rudy to Paolo Barbini, coach of Perugia’s semipro basketball team. Rudy became a valuable asset to the team. From his jail cell he wrote this letter to Barbini which Ms. Burleigh uses as a chapter introduction:
“What can I say of the games we won and lost together? It was great when we went to the away games in the Mitico minibus. There was laughter on board with Segoloni, who called me “Little Chocolate.” God. What beautiful moments… I remember also from that time that I knew that little all-black dog that you found abandoned and took to your house and that often I took him for a walk… What can I say, Paolo? It would be a lot to remember, but these pages wouldn’t be enough… I thank you, Paolo, your Wife and Son… Your Son Francesco (THE BROTHER I WOULD HAVE WANTED TO HAVE). And that little black dog.”
Through his work on the basketball team Rudy became friends with the son of wealthy entrepreneur, Paolo Caporali, owner of the Liomatic Vending Company, a company that made and maintained vending machines primarily for coffee. Caporali was the wealthiest person in Perugia and Liomatic owned the basketball team, and the gym in which they played and practiced. Rudy became friends with the children, who, after becoming familiar with Rudy’s circumstances, petitioned their father to adopt Rudy until he turned 18. Rudy was 16 at this time.
Iliana Caporali was Rudy Guede’s adopted sister for 3 years. She remembers him as a sweet, shy boy who was afraid of the dark. She says he was affectionate, loved dogs, and tended to be absent minded.
Paolo Caporali apparently treated Rudy just like a member of the family. He learned to live in the best society and became used to comfortable and beautiful things. He was sent by chauffeur driven car to a school for mathematics, but when he didn’t do well, he lied about it. Caporali hired a tutor to help him get through, but the tutor called to inform Caporali that Rudy was not coming to their meetings.
As academics was apparently not Rudy’s forte, Caporali got the boy, nearly 18 now, a job as a gardener, but Rudy wouldn’t go to work either. He always arrived late and lied about what he’d been doing. Iliana Caporali observed that he appeared not to know right from wrong.
When Rudy was 18, Caporali dismissed him from the home and refused to allow him back.
Rudy moved to Milan where his aunt, Georgette, had immigrated. She was married to a man named Vincent who apparently liked Rudy and developed a good relationship with him throughout the winter and spring of 2007. Rudy took a job in a café and was very proud of his uniform. He started dating an Italian girl. One night at a night club, he had his photograph taken with Giorgio Armani, the men’s clothing designer. He was very proud of this photo, too, and was seen to use it as the desktop photo on his computer.
In the spring of 2007, however, he lost his café job and drifted back to Perugia.
With the help of Mrs. Caporali, who still held affection for him, he managed to rent a student apartment on via Canarino off Corso Garibaldi. There is no indication of what he did for a living at this time. He started to inject himself into the student life of the town and he sometimes passed himself off to European students who did not speak English well, as an American, Kevin Wade.
Rudy played basketball at the Piazza Grimana basketball court right across the street from 7 via Della Pergola, where he was known to all of the other basketball players, but none knew his real name. Some called him, Body Roga, after the Serbian basketball star, Deja Bodiroga, but most called him The Baron, because they found it difficult to say the name Byron. Guede styled himself after NBA star, Byron Scott.
He developed a relationship with an American student, Victor Oleinikov, who happened to be from Seattle. Many Seattle students come to Perugia to complete their language requirements, because Seattle is said to be Perugia’s “sister city.” Although Oleinikov found Rudy to be eccentric and weird, the two formed a strong friendship and spent many evenings together in Perugia’s bars and clubs. Rudy told Oleinikov that his father was a computer programmer in Florence who gave him a weekly allowance. Oleinikov, himself, was living on money from his parents in Seattle. He says that Rudy never once asked him for any money.
Oleinikov remarked that Rudy was a particularly fine dancer and had no difficulty finding girls who wanted to dance with him. Oleinikov says that news reports stating that Rudy was creepy are completely inaccurate. One night when they went to the club Domus, however, the bouncer inexplicably refused to allow Rudy entrance. Rudy accused the management of racism, but as it turns out, there were many things about his new friend Victor Oleinikov did not learn at that time.
Rudy never wanted to go home and was always happy to sleep on the floor of the apartment Victor shared with roommates. This only became a problem when Rudy started displaying very strange sleeping disorders. His eyes were normally droopy and during these attacks one couldn’t tell if he was awake or asleep. Rudy would rise in the middle of the night and, using a dresser as a black board, teach a lesson as though he was a professor, moving seamlessly between Italian and English. The students found this particularly unsettling. When he awoke in the morning he had no memory of the event. He told his friends that at home he had to hide his keys from himself because he tended to get up in this state and wander the streets, only to awaken miles from his home.
He also had periods of crawling on the floor and barking like a dog.
After his arrest, these behaviors were classified as psychogenic dissociative state or Fugue State, often associated with multiple personality disorder and nearly always the result of childhood sexual and physical abuse.
Oleinikov also says that Rudy was a light weight drug user, becoming incapacitated on even small amounts of hash. He observed Rudy on many occasions falling asleep while sitting on the toilet listening to his iPod. He said Rudy expressed a deathly fear of drug dealers who transacted business on the church steps. He often cited fear of drug dealers as a reason to stay at the students’ apartment rather than walk home to his own. Eventually the sleep walking episodes became too frequent and intrusive and the students ejected him. Oleinikov returned to Seattle shortly after this event.
Although Rudy never asked Oleinikov to borrow money, he did try to borrow ten euro from another student, two days before Meredith Kercher’s murder.
Rudy also developed a friendship with the Italian men who lived downstairs from Amanda Knox and Meredith Kercher. None of them seem to have known his real name and after the murder they all tried to distance themselves from introducing him to the house. Rudy, himself, spoke about meeting Amanda Knox for the first time and fantasizing about her with the other men who lived in the house. On meeting Meredith Kercher, which he did at a small gathering in the downstairs apartment, he was equally attracted to her.
Throughout the fall of 2007, a number of events figure into stress factors for Rudy Guede.
On September 27, bartender, Christian Tremontano, was awakened in the middle of the night by sounds of someone in his apartment. On coming downstairs, Tremontano discovered a young black man whom he later learned was Rudy Guede, going through his possessions. Being confronted, Rudy first grabbed a chair to fend Tremontano off, as a lion tamer might, then pulled a pocket knife on the man and managed to get out the door. Tremontano reported the break in to police officer, Monica Napoleoni who asked him to come in to file an official complaint. When Tremontano arrived at the police station, the line was too long and he gave up the idea. He had not been injured and nothing was stolen.
One night Tremontano recognized Rudy at the Domus Disco and had him removed by the bouncers. He also kicked him out of the bar, Merlin, where Tremontano, himself, worked.
Around this same time up in Milan, a nursery school owner named Maria Del Prato came into her school on a Monday morning to allow plumbers to complete some work. She found the kitchen to be a total mess. Someone had prepared a vast quantity of food, pasta and frozen spinach, and left the debris all over the room, in the sink, all over the tables. Also the pallets where the children take their naps were disarrayed and obviously had been slept on. She was also missing 2000 euro, the tuition she’d accepted from parents the previous Friday.
On October 13, the law offices of Paolo Brocchi on via Del Roscetti in Perugia, was broken into from the back yard. The alarm had been disabled and then a window broken with a rock to allow thieves entry. The perpetrator turned up the heat so that the office was stifling. They removed the shards of broken glass from the window, carried them into another room, and arranged them neatly on a desk. They drank a Fanta soft drink from the refrigerator, 3 coats were strewn on the floor. Stolen from the office were a laptop computer, cell phones, USB sticks, and a printer.
On October 23, Maria Mandu Diaz, who lived next door to Rudy, was attending Vendemmia, the grape harvest festival, when police arrived to inform her that her home in Perugia had been badly damaged by fire and her cat had been killed in the blaze. Thieves entered the home through window and started the fire on the 3rd floor by throwing a scarf over a lamp. They cooked a meal and tossed food all around the kitchen. They left the stove on and the refrigerator open. A fireman commented to her: “Loro hanno gozzovigliato,” they feasted here.
The cat had died as a result of the thieves leaving the pantry door open and closing off his retreat.
Ms. Mandu-Diaz also had her jewel box looted. She was most distressed by the loss of her mother’s gold watch which was irreplaceable.
Ms. Mandu-Diaz knew Rudy casually because when walking her dog, Rudy was often outside his apartment, trying to get a cell signal. She noted he was friendly and petted her dog.
Back in Milan on October 27, Maria Del Prato walked into her office in her nursery school to find a young black man unhooking the cable to her computer in order to plug it into his laptop. This was Rudy Guede and Ms. Del Prato said he was very relaxed. He advised her not to worry. He hadn’t taken anything.
Ms. Del Prato immediately called the police to whom Rudy gave a story about being told he could purchase lodging there for fifty euro. The police went through his back pack and found, along with a large kitchen knife he’d taken from the nursery school kitchen, a laptop and cell phone and a woman’s gold watch. The laptop was identified as belonging to the law firm of Paolo Brocchi that was recently burglarized. Rudy told police he’d bought the laptop from a man at the Milan train station.
The Milan police wanted to hold Rudy but the prosecutor said he had more important cases and that Rudy was Perugia’s problem. They sent him back to Perugia.
On Monday morning, Rudy presented himself at the law offices of Paolo Brocchi to apologize for having their laptop. Once again he told the story about the man at the Milan train station.
On October 31st, Rudy dressed as a vampire and went dancing with the young women who lived downstairs from him. If anyone saw him with Meredith Kercher that night, as he maintains, they have yet to come forward. In 24 hours Meredith Kercher would be dead, Rudy’s DNA in her body and his bloody handprint on her pillow.
Everybody that Burleigh interviewed who knew Guede personally, mentioned his kindness and his affection for others. Maria Del Prato, on the other hand, talks of his calm confrontational way of dealing with being apprehended in the commission of a burglary. He acted as though he had a right to be there... and ultimately the police decided not to prosecute him.
In A Fatal Gift of Beauty, Burleigh does not put this info in chronologically, but tells it in such a way as to heighten tension as though it were a mystery story. I've tried here to put it in chronological order as best I can. Obviously, Rudy's crimes overlap the rest of his life. I've delineated his biography and chronicled his crime spree at the end so people can see how the crimes escalated until he apparently murdered Meredith Kercher on 11/1/07. His attack of the bartender, Tremontano overlaps his friendship with Oleinikov, that attack obviously being the real reason he was ejected from the nightclub which, at the time, surprised Oleinikov.

Klevius' Easter message to Amanda Knox: Forgive them cause they don't know what they're doing
The strange hate filled crusade against Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito
A new turn in this judicial Italian mess - and hate mongering BBC's take on it
Italy's judicial system allows for two levels of appeals, and prosecutors can appeal acquittals, so the recent court ruling is not about guilt but to decide if the appellate trial was properly conducted.
and here what Klevius wrote

Did islamic jihadism assist the rape, torture, murder and beheading of Meredith Kercher?
Amanda Knox is rightly freed but why is Guede's (with Kercher's blood on his hands and fingers in her vagina) sentence reduced to 16 years while the prosecutor demanded prolonged sentence (lifetime) for Knox who wasn't even there?! Was it PC, i.e. because Knox was a white American and Guede a black African?!
I was equally unsure about the court's capability as was Knox seconds before the verdict. This uncertainty and subsequent enormous relief we both shared although my only stake in it was that the story might have otherwise rotten, together with Knox herself, in an Italian prison.
The indicies against islam are overwhelming (although most of media also has a lot of Kercher's blood and suffering on its hands):
Perugia (some 160,000+ inhabitants) is a known muslim jihadist and islamic al-Qaeda center with the main mosque attracting some 10,0000+ visitors.
Perugia has a big community of Albanian muslims (one of the alleged murderers was Albanian).
Camorra has a strong Albanian muslim connection in Perugia.
Same year as Meredith was murdered a huge islamic jihadist plot was revealed in Perugia.
Meredith Kercher was not only raped (at least Guede's fingers had been in her vagina) and tortured but also almost beheaded. I.e. following a formula that seems to be rare in other similar criminal cases but common among islamic jihadist murderers (came to think about the CEO of US based islamic Bridges TV who stabbed his divorcing wife nine times and then beheaded her - the guy can be seen rewarded by CAIR leaders on the Obama pic). Btw, we have had a tsunami of similar cases in many muslim populated tourist etc spots around the world but sadly, no one told Meredith Kercher and Amanda Knox about it - unless, of course, they'd have happened to read Klevius.
Antonio Aviello, who, according to his brother Luciano (Camorra mafia connected), participated in the murdering of Meredith Kercher, did it together with an Albanian named Florio. If this is true then Guede, Aviello, and Florio together (morally and legally) gang raped, tortured, murdered and decapitated her in an islamic boosted hate crime scenario.
As islam constitutes the worst part of Judaism it should perhaps not surprise anyone that a Jewish Journal via a female "writer" takes the opportunity to spit on poor Amanda Knox in a racist/sexist manner:
Tamara Shayne Kagel ( a “writer” in Santa Monica, CA): "Foxy Knoxy is out. It used to be that being a pretty twenty-something American college student got you a free latte. Now, apparently, it gets you a pass on murder.
Being pretty, has always had its unfair advantages. But Foxy Knoxy seems to truly have expanded the limits of what being young and beautiful can get you. Amanda Knox has seemed to have opened the door for the underserved white educated class of beautiful women in this country.
If this had to happen to Foxy Knoxy, at least it happened in Italy where they don’t have the death penalty. She could have been sentenced to death in the States. But then again, when was the last time we executed someone beautiful on death row. For that matter, when was the last time we executed someone who wasn’t a poor black man
College degrees are overrated. Foxy Knoxy didn’t graduate from University of Washington but John Grisham is begging to co-author a book with her. She’s about to begin her career on the talk show circuit and compare million dollar deals to allow someone the privilege of telling her story.
If you’re pretty enough, you can get away with murder!
If all else fails, blame it on a black man. Knox got so confused during her interview with police, she told them her boss Patrick Lumumba must have done it. Although this black man had an airtight alibi, Knox luckily admitted to knowing another black Italian man, Rudy Guede and he has been convicted of the murder"
Klevius comment: Would you believe it! This nut job is really PC in a nutshell, isn't she cute! No wonder innocent white Meredith Kercher was murdered by a black man, possibly aided by a muslim, and a white innocent (i.e. both legally and socially) Amanda Knox would hav lost her life had it not been for some small details (video etc) that revealed huge mistakes (deliberate?!) in the process.
This is the Jewish woman who celebrates "Foxy Knoxy's" freedom by insinuating about sex, herpes, vibrators etc.
BBC should be prosecuted for their extremely biased and hostile presentation today about the case!
According to BBC today, Amanda Knox was probably guilty because she took a shower in sa blood stained bathroom after the murder. And BBC adds the usual hate mongering pc code: And the only one sentenced is a black man while the white go free.
However, here-s what really happedned:
November
2, 2007
The
precise and detailed account that Amanda gave with regard to the
morning of November 2, 2007 radically contradicts the assumed
personality of a liar. It completely contradicts those people
who say differently, giving factually twisted information against
her. In her detailed description, Amanda discussed the fact
that she gathered clean clothes from her bedroom and then took a
shower. She then discussed getting the mop to clean the floor
in Raffaele’s kitchen. Amanda shows absolute spontaneity and truth
in her behavior. It seems hardly conceivable that a person that
committed a murder just a few hours earlier would return to the scene
of the murder given all the risks involved and then report details
not known to anybody such as the open door, traces of blood in the
sink and bidet, feces in the bathroom, Meredith’s bedroom door
being closed etc.... These are a whole string of factors that a
guilty person would not have interest to disclose. A guilty
person would have the instinct to keep silent, thus postponing to the
latest possible time the discovery of these elements. When the
police arrive Amanda shows the Postal Police what she has seen.
This behavior is proof of the ordinary and usual conduct of a person
in good faith.
So,
Amanda returned to her flat and found the anomalies just mentioned,
which first involved finding the front door of the cottage completely
open. She explained this actually struck her as strange because
it was customary for everyone living in the cottage to always close
the door using the key, because that is the only way to close it.
So she started calling the girls names aloud but received no reply.
At first she thought that perhaps one of the girls had gone outside
to throw garbage into the bins, or was out at the neighbor’s home
of the boys below. She assumed someone had left temporarily to
perhaps smoke a cigarette so they left the door unlocked and the door
opened. Amanda then said that she noticed drops of blood and a
spot of blood on the mat outside the shower and other stains in the
sink. She explained that the blood in the sink was from her ear
piercings a week prior, that were still bothering her more recently,
while other blood could be menstrual from one of her roommates, that
they just had not cleaned yet, although they usually did.
This
position underlines the absolute truth and good faith of Amanda.
Her reaction is immediate, natural and spontaneous. After
Amanda took her shower, she went to the other bathroom to borrow a
hair dryer and noticed the water in the toilet was dirty with feces,
as someone had forgotten to flush the toilet. She said this
made her feel strange but she had avoided doing so herself as stated
in her declaration of November 02, 2007. Amanda’s detailed
account shows ordinary behavior and reaction. Being the first
to tell of these findings is clearly not the behavior of a murderer.
Amanda provided information voluntarily to the authorities. Why
would someone who is responsible for the murder do so?
Amanda
was concerned about the observations that she made at the cottage.
She took the mop and returned to Raffaele’s apartment to discuss
her concerns with him. Amanda then began calling Meredith’s mobile
phone and then Filomena’s. There were 7 phone calls within a
short time frame. Amanda and Raffaele decided to return to the
cottage for a further investigation. Once there, they then
discovered broken glass and thus a possible burglary. They
called aloud for anybody in the cottage but received no answer.
Raffaele tried to open Meredith’s door with force but he was not
successful. Amanda tried to see into Meredith’s room overlooking
the terrace bathroom and they also looked through the keyhole on
Meredith’s door. Amanda checked to see if the boys below were
home, but found they were gone. At this point Amanda and
Raffaele decided to call Raffaele’s sister who urged them to call
the Carabinieri. Raffaele then made two phone calls to the
Carabinieri while Amanda had made a call to her mother in the USA to
ask for advice. Soon after the Postal Police arrived looking to
locate the owner of one of two mobile phones that had been found in a
garden near a road in Perugia.
