Fake news from UK Government? Aiding children or Saudi backed muslim terrorists in Idlib?

UK Government is giving cash to people moving to Idlib at a crucial point when the Syrian Government is just about to do the opposite, i.e. removing civilians while targeting terrorists.. Does the UK cash offer include muslim jihadi terrorists? 

UK Government: "For security reasons, we cannot name all of our partners delivering aid in Idlib/Syria."

Both outlets seem very concerned about children. However, which one of them is more faked?

BBC ls the UK Government's main weapon in an intensifying information war with Russia — and its top editors have direct phone lines to Westminster. Today BBC like a parrot repeatedly "reported" this extremely faked, bigoted, hypocritical and cynical statement, which doesn't hesitate to sacrifice even more innocent lives for the sole purpose of aiding the war crimes committing islamofascist Saudi dictator family in its hegemonic effort to become the gross-Saudi Arabia backed by 1.5 billion "muslims" it keeps hostage in its role as custodians of islam and OIC. And little UK with its megalomania follows its big brother US so to get som extra sterlings for weapons sale and military aid to war crimes in Yemen etc.
