Why did China and Japan receive the worst decisions in women's football world cup 2019?

China was denied a penalty kick despite a high kick in the head inside the penalty area, while Japan in an other match got a yellow card and a penalty kick against it despite not deliberately hindering the ball with an arm.

The Chinese player tries to header the ball but is instead kicked in the head by a high foot by a defender in the penalty area - which is forbidden and should have automatically rendered a penalty kick for China. But no yellow card or penalty kick was given.

Both matches were crucial and eliminated China and Japan from advancing.

The shot hits the left arm of Japan's no. 4. She had no possibility to remove her arm but was penalized with a yellow card and the winning penalty kick was given to Netherland.

Japan again played a wonderful football and was much better than the European champions Netherland.
