* We don't know about any attacks
by Chinese against UK people, and we don't know how many attacks
directly or incited by Saudis - only that the amount is staggering.
Sinophobic UK is inciting hatred against Chinese
Under
UK law, "incitement to racial hatred" was established as an offence by
the provisions of §§ 17-29 of the Public Order Act 1986. It was first
established as a criminal offence in the Race Relations Act 1976. The
Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 made publication of material
that incited racial hatred an arrestable offence.
This offence refers to:
1 deliberately provoking hatred of a racial group
2 distributing racist material to the public
3 making inflammatory public speeches
4 creating racist websites on the Internet
5 inciting inflammatory rumours about an individual or an ethnic group, for the purpose of spreading racial discontent.
According
to Peter Klevius, UK now fulfills all of them (incl. the government's
websites etc.) hence violating its own law when it comes to Chinese. The
Russian Skripal poisoning case was used as a reason for the new powers
allowing UK police to stop, question and detain people at the borders on
suspicion of espionage or foreign interference. However, China hasn't
been proven guilty of anything of it, especially not compared to other
countries and UK itself.
