Every new anti-China law from US is a telling sign of US acknowledging defeat - on technical KO! Now US even hinders trading between parts of greater China. How criminal is that!

This
act of treason by US steered UK politicians is described by the
government as the “biggest shake-up of the UK’s national security regime
for 20 years”.
Peter Klevius: Indeed! As Brexit wasn't enough. Shake it baby!
Not
only is US (because it's severly* lagging behind China in R&D)
weaponizing what used to be normal trade and exchange, but now US also
tries to limit other countries' access to Chinese technology.

The only way US now can "compete" with China is to hinder China from
using the normal trade practices that US uses to control and suck the
world via its dollar and finance monopoly since its appalling financial
and monetary crime 1971.
US even hampers its own
development (rememer how the Chinese made fun about US and Apple not
having 5G), but as Peter Klevius has tried to tell for a long time, the
real issue is how to land the US economy without a crash when it has
wasted its landing gears in the 1970s.
Thw so called "security
issue" with China is nothing else than US' effort to contain China so US
could continue parasiting on the rest of the world.
However,
containing 1.4 Billion people who are much more satisfied with its
leadership, is a tall order. In fact, Peter Klevius thinks it's at the
same category and equally stupid as trying to stop Earth's orbit.
US tried to stop Japan and caused a lot of damage to the world in doing so.
However,
China isn't Japan, although they are almost identical twins except for
the fact that Japan is an island and has a militaristic history China
can't compete with.
No matter how many "allied" countries US
force to participate in its "anti-social" behavior, China will continue
to rise simply because of its continental market size and homogenous
structure of its high tech population - and rural "reserve" population.

and for extremely questionable reasons (read Peter Klevius' thesis
Pathological Symbiosis and ask yourself why Sweden gets away with its
Human Rights violations). Answer: It's all about U.S. being a lousy
loser and therefore behaving appalingly badly with smear, threats,
illegal sanctions, militaristic aggression etc! Btw, China is already
number one in economy and most technology - and accelerating compared to
US. So you stupid US puppets - take note!
UK's
new anti-China law "identifies" 17 areas of the economy that "warrant
greater scrutiny" when "overseas investors" seek to make an acquisition.
In addition to defense and military technology, ministers will be able
to examine deals in a wide range of sectors such as advanced robotics,
artificial intelligence, the civil nuclear sector, transport and quantum
technology.

will become the same laughing stock as with the 5G shot in the foot.
There's no chance that US will be able to keep up with China, which is much bigger than Japan which also technologically outperformed US.
Moreover, how does this law protect the islamist Saudi dictator family from investing in dangerous mosques, university departments etc. in UK?!
