6 August 1945 saw the birth of US path to a global militaristic fascist bully.
The Democatic US president Truman nuked Hiroshima without congressional approval - and without any other goal than testing the effect of the new bomb on people that already long before Pearl Harbour had been victims of American* racism.
* It's an irony that after the Nordic Vikings (aka Finland-Swedes by Peter Klevius) discovered Vinland (compare Finland), the Chinese were probably next in line long before Christofer Columbus and Amerigo Vespucci - whose first name came to be used for both continents.
US isn't only the most militaristic aggressor globally - unlike China US hasn't agreed not to use nukes as afirst strike weapon.

But China is already almost a third bigger in GDP, growing much faster, and has a per capita potential many times that of US.
So the question for the world ought to be: Will playing puppets to the US $-freeloader push it over the edge?
Moreover, wouldn't UK have been much more "in control" if it hadn't put itself under the US-Saudi bandwagon after Brexit?
The US leadership knows very well that US can't possibly catch up with China in fair play - so...
